Click on image to see larger version

I done this tut in PSPX1 but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do.

You will need:

A Fairy Tube - I used one of Caron Vinsons lovely fairies.
You need to be a registered member of Creative Designs Outlet (CDO)
HERE
to purchase her tubes, but any fairy tube will do.
Scrap kit is called 'Friendship Collection-Bel' from ScrapityScraps&More
HERE
Thank you Mirella
Mask #59 from InsatableDreams

Click on Masks 4 to download
Thank you Cat
Font I used is called 'Snickles' from FontSquirrel
HERE

New white canvas 700x700

Copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer. Open Mask #59 & minimise it.
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Merge Group. Copy & paste element 16 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 85% Bicubic-all
layers unchecked. With your Magic Wand Tool, click inside the frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 8
New Raster layer. Copy & paste Paper 1 from scrap kit Into Selection - move this layer below the
frame.
Keep the Frame Selected, but paper layer active - Copy & Paste element 55 from scrap kit as a new layer
Move the grass element right down until only the tops of the grass is showing within the frame.
Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-Invert.New Raster layer. Copy & paste element 3 Into Selection.
Selections-None. (All those elements should be below the frame layer)
Make top layer active. Copy & paste element 3 once more as a new layer. Image-Mirror.

Copy & paste element 21 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 70% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move
across to the right side of the frame & down a little. Erase any of the twig over the frame.
Copy & paste element 7 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 70% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.

Now, make the frame layer active, give this drop shadow

Make top layer active - copy & paste element 12 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 75% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. I also colourized this element so it would show up a bit more. Move up over
the top of the frame.I also erased any of the net that was over the twig. That is up to you.

Copy & paste one of the Bow elements from the scrap kit as a new layer. I resized mine 75% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Move up so it looks like the frame is hanging from the Bow. Add the drop shadow.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer, placing her where she will look nice. Add drop shadow.
Add your name & correct copyright. Crop Tool-Freehand, crop excess white background being careful not
to crop any of the mask. Cross out the eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge VISIBLE all other layers.
Copy your merged image & paste as a New Image on your work space. Your image should now have a transparent
background. Resize to your liking. I resized mine 85% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
