I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.

You will need:
A mermaid tube - I used one of Elias Chatzoudis lovely tubes.
The tube I used in this tutorial was purchased from PTE when they
were open. You need to be a registered member of Elia's own site
Scrapkit 'Summer Waves' from AngelsDesignz
Mask #81 from WeeScotsLass Creations
My 'Seaside Resort Template'
Font I used is called 'Seaside Resort' from Urban Fonts
Plugin Filter:
Eyecandy4000 - Grad' Glow for your name

Make the Rectangle layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat. Copy & paste a paper from
scrap kit into selection. Select-None. Duplicate the paper layer, make bottom paper layer

Add this drop shadow to top paper layer

Make Circle Frame layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - Paste the same paper from scrap
kit as you used before into selection. Select-None. Go to Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with
these settings

Magic Wand, click inside the Circle Frame-Selections-Modify-Expand 4. New Raster Layer, copy &
paste another paper from scrap kit into Selection.
Make Circle Frame layer active, duplicate & add the Gaussian Blur to the bottom Circle Frame layer.
Also add the drop shadow to top Circle Frame layer.

Copy & paste some of the Elements from scrap kit as new layers, remembering to resize them
to suit - placing them randomly (see mine)

When you have all the elements in place, cross out the eyes on the bottom layer (white)

scrap kit as a new layer - New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Add your name & correct copyright. Cross out eyes again on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible
all other layers - click COPY & paste as a new image on your work space. Resize as required.
I resized mine 90%-all layers CHECKED
Save as a *Png image
