No outside filters used You will need: A tube - I used one of Angela Newman tubes. You need to be a registered member of PTE HERE to purchase her tubes, but any cute tube will do. Scrap kit called "Edward" from Addictive Pleasures HERE Mask #35 (New Mask Set 5), from Brutal Designs HERE Font I used is called 'False Positive' from DaFont.com HERE New white canvas 700x700 Open up the mask #35 & minimise it. Copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer. New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings Merge Group. Duplicate mask - Image-Mirror - Merge Down. Copy & paste Rope 2 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 90% Bicubic-all layers Unchecked. Magic Wand, click inside the Rope - Selections-Modify-Expand 9. Copy & paste anoth

Open up the 'Surfs Up' template. Click Shift D to copy it. Delete original template. Delete raster 1 (copyright & TOU). Make bottom layer active. Flood fill with white.
