Alone Tutorial

Click on image to see larger version

I created this tut in PSPX1 (11) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.
No outside filters used

You will need:

A tube - I used one of Angela Newman tubes.
You need to be a registered member of PTE
to purchase her tubes, but any cute tube will do.
Scrap kit called "Edward" from Addictive Pleasures
Mask #35 (New Mask Set 5), from Brutal Designs
Font I used is called 'False Positive' from DaFont.com

New white canvas 700x700

Open up the mask #35 & minimise it. Copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer.
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Merge Group. Duplicate mask - Image-Mirror - Merge Down.
Copy & paste Rope 2 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 90% Bicubic-all layers Unchecked.
Magic Wand, click inside the Rope - Selections-Modify-Expand 9.
Copy & paste another paper from scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, hit delete.
Selections-None. Move paper layer below the Rope layer. Give the Rope this drop shadow

Copy & paste Ivy 3 from scrap kit as a new layer. Move over to the left side of the Rope.
Duplicate-Image-Mirror - Merge Down.

Copy & paste Leaves 2 from scrap kit as a new layer. Move across to left side of the Rope.
Duplicate-Image-Mirror - Merge Down.

Copy & paste Frame 2 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 70% Bicubic-all layers Unchecked.
Move across to the right side of the rope. Magic Wand - click inside both frames - Selection-
Modify-Expand 12. Make sure you click inside the little joining square.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer, place the tube central to top frame - Selections-Invert,
hit delete. Mirror your tube, copy & paste once more, centralizing in the bottom frame, hit delete.
(you should still have the inverted marching ants active). Selections-None. Merge Down - move the
2 merged tube images under the Frames.

Have top layer active - copy & paste your tube as a new layer, placing it where it will look nice.
Add drop shadow to your final tube.

Copy & paste Flower from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 50 % Bicubic-all layers Unchecked. Adjust-
Sharpen. Move the Flower to top of the Frames - Duplicate-Image-Mirror & move duplicated Flower to
top of the bottom frame (see mine for example) Merge Down. Add drop shadow.

Add your name & correct copyright. When you have done that, cross out eyes on bottom layer (white)
Merge Visable all other layers. Open the eyes up on bottom layer. Crop Tool, crop excess white background
being careful not to crop any of your merged image. Click COPY & paste as a New Image on your workspace.
Your merged image should now have a transparent background.
Resize if needed. I resized mine 87% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png.
