I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.

You will need:
A sitting tube plus a close of tube if there is one - I used one of Zlata M tubes.
You need to be a registered member ofThePSProject
to purchase his/her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrapkit 'Summer Waves' from AngelsDesignz
Mask #137 from WeeScotsLass Creations
Template #126 from ScrapsOfEnchantment
WordArt 'Shape Our Character' from ElegantWordArt2
Font I used is called 'Lagniappe-Inline' from DaFont
Plugin Filter:
Eyecandy4000 - Grad' Glow

Open up the tube you will be using, as well as the mask, minimise the mask & template.
Also the WordArt.
Click Shift D to copy the template - you can now cancel the original template.
Delete the INFO layer on the template.
Got to Image-REsize & resize 85% - resize ALL LAYERS. Make very bottom layer active.
Back to Image-Canvas Size - W-850 - H-750
Flood fill with white so it gives us a clear image to work with

Once you have done that, we will now delete some layers on the template.
Delete Brush unknown
          Rectangle Background
       Rectangle Frame
Your template should now look like this
Make the bottom layer active (white) - go to Selections-Select All -new Raster Layer,
copy & paste one of the papers from the scrap kit into Selection. Selections-None.
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
Merge Group - duplicate-Image-Free Rotate-Left 15 - then, Image-Mirror - Merge Down

Make Circle Frame layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste a paper from scrap kit
as a new layer - Selections-Invert, delete. Selections-None.
Add drop shadow
Make Circle Background layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste a paper from scrap
kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, delete. Keep Selected.
Copy & paste the close up tube as a new layer - position the tube within the selected circle, then hit
delete. Selections-None. add a nice drop shadow to the tube. I used these settings
Make Lrge Rectangle Frame layer - Select all-Float-Defoat - copy & paste a paper from scrap
kit as a new layer. Do as for previous frame

Make Lrge Rectangle Background layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat, copy & paste a paper from
scrap kit as a new layer. Do as for previous background, but mirror the tube image before pasting

Make Square Frame layer active - same as the other 2 frame layers
Make Square Background layer active, same as before, but use a different paper from scrap kit.

Copy & paste one of the flowers from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 85%, all layers not checked.
Position the flower over the Square Frame (like mine).

Copy & paste another flower from scrap kit as a new layer, resizing it the same. Position to the bottom
left (like mine)

Copy & paste your sitting tube as a new layer. Position the tube where it will look nice.
Add a nice drop shadow to the tube.

Copy & paste the WordArt as a new layer - resizing it 17%-all layers unchecked. Position the WordArt
where it will look nice. Add a nice medium Grad' Glow to the WordArt

Adjust-Sharpen the WordArt.
Add correct copyright & your name.
When you have done this, cross out the eyes on the very bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all layers
Copy & paste as a New Image on your workspace. You can now resize to your liking. I resized mine
87%-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
