Magic Wand, click inside the frame making sure you have marching ants right around the frame like this Selections-Modify-Expand 3 - copy & paste another paper from scrap kit as a new layer, Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Move that paper layer below the frame layer. Copy & paste Tree-2 from scrap kit as a new layer - resize 80% Bicubic
