New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Merge Group - resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.

Copy & paste Frame 7 from scrap kit as a new layer.
Magic Wand, click inside the frame making sure you have marching ants right
around the frame like this

Selections-Modify-Expand 3 - copy & paste another paper from scrap kit as a new layer,
Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Move that paper layer below the frame layer.

Copy & paste Tree-2 from scrap kit as a new layer - resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
I mirrored mine - that is your choice - move the tree to the right side of the frame.

Now we will add the drop shadows - Make the frame layer active - give frame this drop shadow

Same for the tree.

Copy & paste the Bird from scrap kit as a new layer - resize 45% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Move the bird so it is sitting on one of the tree branches - Adjust-Sharpen - give drop shadow.

Copy & paste any other of the elements from scrap kit you like - giving each the drop shadow.

Lastly, copy & paste your tube as anew layer, placing the tube where it will look nice. Give drop shadow.

Add your name & correct copyright.
Cross out the eyes on bottom layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Click COPY on top blue bar
& paste your merged image as a New Image on your workspace. Resize if needed.
