Sincere Thoughts Supplies: HERE

You will need:
A tube of your choice
Trimages Plugin Filter
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow Plugin Filter

Open up all the supplies in your PSP

New white canvas 500 x 500


Copy & Paste the Misted Flower as a new layer
Colourize it to suit your tube

Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer

Merge Visable these 3 layers

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image


Right click on the group layer and merge group

Add a new layer - right click on this layer and arrange - send to bottom
Set your materials palette to: Foreground a light colour from your tube,
Background a dark colour from your tube.
Click on the gradient tab and use these settings


Fill the layer with the gradient

Effects - Plugins - Tramages - Tow the Line, with these settings


Selections - Select All - Selections - Modify - Contract by 10
Selections - Invert
Add a new layer - change your gradient and fill the selection


Selections - Invert - Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout with these settings


Selections - Select None

Copy and paste the heart line embellishment as a new layer and colorize and add drop shadow


Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down

Copy & Paste the Bow - colourize it, place it same as mine, add drop shadow
Duplictate - Image - Mirror - Merge all layers Visable

Click on your Text Tool - Font - Sloop ScriptOne - Stroke width 1 - My size is 42,
Kerning 0 - a dark colour from your tube. Type in your saying & name.

Go to Objects - Align - Horz, Centre in Canvas
Convert to Raster Layer

Go to Effects - Inner Bevel with these settings



Go to Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow - white - with these settings



Add correct copyright
Merge Visable - resize - 90% Bicubic, All Layers

Save as a *PNG image

Blasted Grid Tutorial

Sorry if the links no longer work With scrapkits, if the link or site is missing, choose a similar scrapkit I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done with any version of PSP.
