You will need:

Scrap kit called 'DinkyDiva' from FrostedIllusions

A cute tube - I used one of Jamie Kidds tubes.
You need to be a registered member of CILM to buy the tubes, but
any cute tube will do.
Plugin Filter - Filters Unlimited 2.0


Open up my Template 31 - delete my TOU.
Make bottom layer active - Image-Canvas Size- with these settings



Flood Fill the void with white.

Open up 3 of the Papers from the scrap kit that will match your tube.
Make the Doodle layer active on my template - Select All-Float-Defloat,
Copy & paste one of the papers as a new layer - selections-invert, hit delete.

Do the same with the 2 frames in the template, using 2 different papers from
the scrap kit.

When you have completed adding the papers, delete the original layers.
Add this drop shadow to each of your new layers



With your top layer active, copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Erase any of the
tube that may be extending below the template frames.Add drop shadow

Add any of the Elements you like to finish off your image. Adding drops shadow each layer
Once you are happy with your image,cross out the eyes on the bottom layer (white) -
Merge Visible all other layers. Resize your image 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Duplicate & on original image layer go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 25.
The to Effects-Plugin Filters-Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures-Striped Paper-Fine
with default settings. Make top layer active - Merge Down. Add your name & correct copyright.
Crop Tool - crop around to remove excess white background.
I resized mine once more 90% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
