Drama Queen Tutorial






You will need:

Tube - I used one of Jamie Kidd's ladies.
You need to be a registered member of CILM to purchase
her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Drama Queen' from Bea Creations
HERE
Font I used is called DearJoe - i have in my supplies
HERE


New white canvas 700x700



Copy & paste Frame 3 from scrap kit. You can recolour it to match your tube.
Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 20 left.
Magic Wand, click inside frame - Selections-Modify-expand 5. Copy & paste a
paper from scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, hit delete. Move the
paper layer below the frame layer. Selections-None.

Copy & paste Doodle 2 from scrap kit as a new layer.Resize 110% Bicubic-all
layers unchecked. Move the doodle down under the paper layer & place like mine.

Copy & paste one of the Glitter elements from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize
110% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move over to the right a little - duplicate,
Mirror - Merge Down. Move the Glitter layer below paper layer.

Make frame layer activeCopy & paste one of the Flowers 01 or 02 as a new layer
from scrap kit. Resize 110% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move it to the side of
the frame.
Copy & paste one of the Bows from scrap kit as a new layer. Move the bow over to
the Flowers.
Copy & paste one of the Ribbon Bows from scrap kit as a new layer - Image-Flip.
Move the Ribbon Bow over to the Bow & Flowers. Move the Ribbon Bow below the 1st bow.
Copy & paste Ribbon 01 as anew layer. Resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Image,
Free Rotate-Rotate 20 left. Move this Ribbon layer below the Flower layer.

Make top layer active - copy & paste Flower 08 or 09 from scrap kit as a new layer.
Move this to the top left corner.
Copy & paste Ticket 1 as anew layer. Move the Ticket down to bottom left corner.
Copy & paste either Bow 09 or 10 from scrap kit as a new layer - mirror & mover over
the Ticket.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Place your tube behind the Ticket. Give your tube
this drop shadow



Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Open the eyes up.
Resize your merged image 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Add your name & correct copyright.
Crop Tool - crop excess white background. Resize once more 85% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
Copy your merged image & paste as a New Image on your workspace. You should have a transparent
background. Save as a *Png
