You will need:

Tube - I used one of Caron Vinson's fairies. You need to be a
registered member of CILM to purchase her tubes, but any pretty tube will do.
Template 31 from Missy at DivineIntentionz

Scrap kit called 'Dreams' from FantasyDreams Designz

Fonts I used are Impact & Kristen, both came with my PSPX1
Plugin Filter:
Eyecandy 4000-Gradient Glow

** Delete original layers of the template at each step**


Open up template 31 - click Shift D to copy it. Delete original template.
Make bottom layer active (white) - go to Image-Canvas Size with these settings



Have background layer active - copy & paste a Paper from scrap kit as a new layer.
Open up & minimise Mask 143. On your layers palette - right click the paper layer,
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings. Merge Group



Copy & paste Element 73 from scarp kit as a new layer. Resize 110 Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Give new layer this drop shadow



Go to top layer & delete Missy's TOU.
Make Rounded Rectangle 1 layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat, copy a Paper from the scrap kit.
Paste as a new layer. I resized the Paper 70% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.Selections-Invert,
hit delete. Selections-None.

Make Rounded Rectangle layer active, same as above & drop shadow.
Make Frame Background layer active - as above but before you de-select, copy & paste your tube
as a new layer, moving the tube so it sits nicely within the frame. Give tube same drop shadow.
Selections-None.



Make Frame layer active - same as above. Give drop shadow after de-selecting.
With the Stars layers I merged them down to just the one layer of Stars. That is up to you.
You may want different colours in them.
Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste a Paper from scrap kit as a new layer, resize the Paper as before,
Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Now, you can give drop shadow or you may want to add a
Gradient Glow with Plugin Filter-Eyecandy 400 as I have done.



I added the Gradient Glow to Raster 1 - Raster 2 - Raster 5 also, that choice is yours.

Copy & paste Element 22 from scrap kit as a new layer - Mirror & move under the Stars layer (see mine for example)
Give drop shadow.

Copy & paste your tube as anew layer. Move tube below the Ribbon layer. Erase any of the tube that may be protruding
below the Ribbon.

Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) as well as the Mask layer & Round Butterfly layer - Merge Visible all other
layers. Open up the eyes on the other 3 layers. Move your Merged layer so it is central to the Mask &
Butterfy layers. When you have done this, have top layer active - Merge Down & do this one more time.
You should have 2 layers showing in your layer palette.



Resize Merged Image 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Time to add wording & name.
I used Impact - size 48 for the 'Sweet Dreams' word & 'Kristen' for my name.
I added the Eyecandy 4000-GradientGlow to each & drop shadow.

Add correct copyright. Crop Tool - crop excess white background. Merge Down the copyright layer to Merged
Layer. Right click top blue bar - Copy & paste as a New Image on your workspace. The image should now have
a transparent background.Resize once more 87% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
