Last Summer Tutorial

You will need:
Tube - I used one of Jamie Kidd's lovely ladies.
You need to be a registered member of CILM to purchase
her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Last Summer' from FantasyMoments Scraps
HERE
You will need a seaside photo. You can use mine if you wish
HERE
New white canvas 700x700

Copy & paste one of the Frame elements from the scrap kit as a new layer.
Resize it 75% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move the frame across to the
right of your canvas - duplicate-Mirror. Move the 2 frames together. Merge Down.
Selection Tool-Rectangle-draw out a rectangle around the frames like this.

New raster layer - copy & paste your seaside photo into selection. Select-None.
Move the seaside photo below the frames.
Make your frames layer active - Merge Down.
Copy & paste one of the Dangling Flowers (73-74-75-76) as a new layer. Resize 50%
Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move to the side of your frames.
Copy & paste one of the Flower Bows ( 62-63) from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize
35% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move the Bow across on top of dangling flowers.
Merge Down-Duplicate-Mirror, placing the duplicated layer on other side of the frames.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - placing the tube where it looks nice. Give this
drop shadow.

Give the Merged Frame layer the same drop shadow.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Resize Merged Image
85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Open up the eyes on bottom layer. Make Merged Image active,
Duplicate. On original Merged Layer- go to Adjust-Blur-Radial Blur with these settings

Make top layer active - Merge Down. Add your name & correct copyright. Crop Tool - crop excess
white background. Resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Copy & paste as New Image on your
workspace. Your image should now have a transparent background. Save as a *Png
