Faith-Hope-Love Tutorial




Tube - I used one from Valarie Wade.
You need to be a registered member of
MyTagArt to purchase her tubes, but any cute tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'SummerLovin' from ZaZaSCRAP and TUBES

Font I used is called BaaBookHMK - it came with my PSPX1


New white canvas 700x700



Copy & paste the Round Circle Frame from scrap kit as a new layer
Resize it 75% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Magic Wand - click instide of the Round Frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 5.
Copy & paste one of the Papers from the scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-
Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Move the Paper layer below Round Frame layer.
Give the Round Frame this drop shadow



Copy & paste the DoodleFlower Element from scrap kit as a new layer. Move these over to the
side of the Round Frame



Copy & paste the CollabFlowers from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 75% Bicubic-all
layers unchecked. Move them where they will look nice. Give same drop shadow as before.

Copy & paste the CollabDragonfly from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-all layers
unchecked. Duplicate-Merge Down - move the Dragonfly over to the Flowers - you can duplicate again
& mirror if you like & move duplicate Dragonfly to Flowers.

Copy & paste CollabPendant from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Move to top of Round Frame-Adjust-Sharpen, give same drop shadow as before.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - placing it where it will look nice.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Open the eyes up again.
Resize your Merged Image 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Copy & paste my WordArt as a new layer - you can colour change it if you like. Move the WordArt
below your Merged Image. Make top layer active - MERGE DOWN. You should now have 2 layers on your Layers



Crop Tool - crop excess white background. Resize 78% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Cross out eyes on
bottom layer (white) - have your Merged Layer active - copy & paste as New Image on your workspace. It
should have a transparent background. Save as a *Png.

Blasted Grid Tutorial

Sorry if the links no longer work With scrapkits, if the link or site is missing, choose a similar scrapkit I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done with any version of PSP.
