Romantique Tutorial

You will need:

Tube - I used one of Keith Garvey's lovely ladies. You need
to be a registered member of My PSP Tubes (MPT) to purchase his
tubes, but any lovely tube will do.
Scrap kiut called 'Romatique' from BlueDreams Designs
HERE
My 'Romatique' Template & the font I used are in my supplies
HERE


Open up my Romantique Template, click Shift D to copy it. Delete original template.
Make bottom layer (white) active - go to IMAGE-CANVAS SIZE with these settings



Delete top layer. Make Rectangle-1 layer active - Selec All-Float-Defloat, copy
a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer. Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-
None. Do the same with the other 2 rectangl layers, but use different papers from scrap
kit. (Delete original layers after you add the new paper layers).

Make top paper layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - Selections-Modify-Contract 10,
hit delete. Selections-None. Go to EFFECTS-TEXTURE EFFECTS-BLINDS with these settings



Have the colour a little lighter than the paper.
Give each paper layers this drop shadow



Make top layer active - copy & paste the Charm Ribbon from scrap kit as a new layer.
Resize 50% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move the ribbon down until it is just above top paper layer.
Go to ADJUST-SHARPEN MORE. Give drop shadow,

Copy & paste Charm 3 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move
to one side of the template. Give drop shadow.

Copy & paste Charm-Star Charm 2 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Give drop shadow.

Copy & paste Charm Flower 1 from scrap kit as a new layer. ADJUST-SHARPEN MORE, Give drop shadow. Move
the flower into centre of the template.

Copy & paste one of the Butterflies from scarp kit as a new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
ADJUST-SHARPEN MORE. Give drop shadow. Place it where it will look nice.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer, placing the tube where it will look nice. Give the tube drop shadow.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Open eyes up.
Add your name & correct copyright. Crop Tool - crop excess white background. Close eyes & Merge Visible all
other layers. I resized mine 80% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
