Pretty Blush Tutorial

You will need:

Tube - I used one from CEI Stickers. Yoiu need to be a
registered member of MPT to purchase the tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Pretty Blush' from Larcarolita's Designz
HERE
Font I used is called 'Gill Sands Ultra Bold' - this font came with my PSPX1.
Animation Shop
Plugin Filter - Eycandy 4000-HSB Noise


New white canvas 1000x750



We will resize this before going to animation shop.

Copy & paste PrettyBlush Frame 2 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 55% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Duplicate, move to left side if 1st frame - IMAGE-FREE ROTATE-
25 left. Move down slightly so the end meet. Duplicate rotated frame - IMAGE-MIRROR.
This is what you should have



Cross out eyes on background layer - MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Open eyes up.
IMAGE-RESIZE 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
MAGIC WAND - click inside all 3 frames - SELECTIONS-MODIFY-EXPAND 5.
Copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer. SELECTIONS-INVERT,hit delete.
Move paper layer below frames layer. SELECTIONS-NONE.
Make frames layer active - give this drop shadow



Copy & paste Pretty Blush Bow 8 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic-all
layers unchecked. Give drop shadow. Duplicate - IMAGE-MIRROR.

Copy & paste one of the Flowers from the scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic-all
layers unchecked. Give drop shadow. Move the Flower to one side of the Frames.

Copy & paste another of the Bows from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic - all
layers unchecked. Give drop shadow. Move over on top of Flower. MERGE DOWN bow to flower.
Duplicate - IMAGE-MIRROR.

Copy & paste Pretty Blush Element 8 from scrap kit as a new layer. Move this down to bottom
of the Frames - ADJUST-SHARPEN.

This is what you should have



Make Frames layer active - MAGIC WAND, click inside left
frame - SELECTIONS-MODIFY-EXPAND 2. Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Move the tube so you
get a portion of it inside the frame. SELECTIONS-INVERT, hit delete. SELECTIONS-NONE. Move tube below
frame layer.

MAGIC WAND, click inside middle frame - SELECTIONS-MODIFY-EXPAND 2. Paste your tube as a new layer.
Do the same as before. SELECTIONS-INVERT, hit delete. SELECTIONS-NONE. Move below frame layer

MAGIC WAND, click inside right frame - SELECTIONS-MODIFY-EXPAND 2 Mirror your tube, copy & paste as
a new layer, move across to right frame, move tube so you have a portion in the frame. SELECTIONS-INVERT,
hit delete. Move below frame layer. Give each of the tube layers the same drop shadow as before.

This part is important - cross out eyes on background layer as well as all other layer from Frames layer,
except the paper layer & tubes layers. MERGE VISIBLE the paper & tubes layers.
Now, cross out eyes on that merged layer - uncross the eyes on all other layers except the background layer,
MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. You should now only have 3 layers showing in your LAYERS PALETTE.



Make your tube & paper merged layer active - duplicate 3 times to give you 4 layers. Cross out the eyes on top
3 layers & having bottom tube/paper layer active



Plugin Filter-Eyecandy 4000-HSB Noise with these settings



Make next merged tube/paper layer active, uncross the eyes - crossing out the eyes on the layer below, repeat
th EC-HSB Noise - hit Random Speed.
Continue this for other 2 layers of the merged tube/paper layers.

Once finished - make vert top layer active - copy & paste your tube as a new layer, placing it where it will nice.
Add drop shadow as before. Add your name & correct copyright.
CROP TOOL - crop excess white background. Resize 65% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.

ANIMATION

Make bottom tube/paper merged layer active - have eyes uncrossed. Make sure all other eyes are crossed out on your
tube/paper merged layers COPY MERGED - Animation Shop - paste as a new animation.
Back to your PSP - cross out eyes on that previous layer, uncrossing the eyes on next tube/paper merged layer, COPY
Animation Shop - paste after currant frame. Back to your PSP - continue this for other 2 layers of your merged tube/
paper layers into Animation Shop.

You should now have 4 frames in your Animation Shop



Go to EDIT-SELECT ALL. Next go to ANIMATION-FRAME PROPERTIES-DISPLAY TIME 20.
Save as a *Gif

"Daring" Tutorial

You will need: A tube - I used one of Brian Roods. You must be a registered member of CILM to buy the tubes. Scrapkit called "Elegance" from Sophisticatsimone Mask 17 from WeeScotsLass Font The scrapkit, mask & font are in my supplies HERE Plugin Filters - Ommadawn New white canvas 650x650 Open up the scrapkit & mask - minimise the mask for now. Selections-Select All - new raster layer, copy one of the papers from the scrapkit & paste it into Selection. Selections-Select None.
