You will need:

Tube - I used a tube from Sue Miller
HERE
You need to be a registered member of MyTagArt
HERE
to purchase Sue's artwork, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Andiamo' from FantasyMoments Scraps
HERE
Font I used is called Swingset BB
HERE


New white canvas 700x700



Copy & paste one of the Heart Frames from scrap kit as a new layer
Adjust-Sharpen. Magic Wand - click inside the frame - Selections-
Modify-Expand 6.
Copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-
Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Move the paper layer below the frame layer.
Give the frame this drop shadow



Copy & paste one of the Boot elements from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize
60% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen, give drop shadow. Move the Boots
to one side of the frame.

Copy & paste one of the Paint Brush elements from scrap kit as a new layer.
Resize 60% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move the paint brushes over & down under
the Boots layer.

Copy & paste one of the funny Butterfly elements from scrap kit as a new layer.
Resize 55% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move the Butterfly over & down a bit, near
the flowers on the frame. Adjust-Sharpen. Give drop shadow.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Position the tube where it will look nice.
Give drop shadow.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Open the eyes up.
Make your merged image active, resize 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Add your name & correct copyright - Merge these down to your merged image.
Duplicate your merged image - on the original merged image go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 30.
Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Texture-Swirl with these settings



Resize 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Make top merged layer active - Merge Down.
Crop Tool, crop excess white background.
Click COPY on blue bar & Paste as a New Image on your workspace. Resize 80% Bicubic-
all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png

Blasted Grid Tutorial

Sorry if the links no longer work With scrapkits, if the link or site is missing, choose a similar scrapkit I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done with any version of PSP.
