With this tutorial, we will be using some of the tools & effects from our PSP,
plus our imagination. We will be using 2 new white canvas's. There will be quite
a few screen shots with this tutorial with the steps as we go along. No outside filters.

You will need:

A Head-shot tube - I am using one of MyTagArts newest artists tube
©Myriadelle - HERE but you can use any head-shot tube you like
Scrap kit called 'Never Ending Story' from Bea Creations
HERE
Font I used is called 'Nadall'
HERE

To start with open up a new white canvas 550x550

Preset Shape Tool - Eclipse - width 25

Top Material Box - colour from your tube

Draw out a nice big Oval Shape - when happy with size, do to Objects-Align-
Centre In Canvas

Convert to Raster Layer. Go to Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with these settings

With your Magic Wand - Tolerance 0 - Feather 0, click inside the oval. Go to Selections,
Modify-Expand 8. New Raster Layer - flood fill with a nice gradient that will suit your tube
Move the gradient layer below the oval layer - make oval layer active, give this drop shadow

Have your oval shape layer active - copy & paste your head-shot tube as a new layer. Move so
that the tube fills most of the inside of the oval shape

Give the tube the same drop shadow as before. Cross out the eyes on the bottom layer (white)
MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Copy.

New white canvas 700x700

Paste your merged image as a new layer. Move the merged over to the righ just a little.
Make bottom layer (white) active - Preset Shape Tool, having the bottom box on Materials
filled with colour from your tube - draw out another oval

Convert to Raster Layer. Go to Effects-Distortion Effects-Ripple with these settings

Move the Rippled oval up just a little - Duplicate-Image-Flip. With the top Rippled oval
active - MERGE DOWN. Resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move the merged ovals down
just a little. Duplicate & on the bottom merged oval layer, go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 25
Then go to Effects-Texture Effects-Fine Leather with these settings

I then resize the Blurred layer 115% Bicubic-all layers unchecked, but that is up to you.

Have your top layer active - copy & paste either Flower 1-2 or 3 from scrap kit as a new layer
Resize 30% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Image-Free Rotate-Rotate-30 left. Move the flower down
under your top layer.
Copy & paste one of the Bow elements from scrap kit as a new layer - resize 25% Bicubic-all layers
unchecked. Recolour to suit your tube. Add drop shadow as before.

At this stage you can add a nice 'Brush' effect. Make bottom layer (white) active, new raster layer,
apply your Brush effect.

Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Open the eyes up.
Resize your merged image 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Add your name & correct copyright.

Cross out eyes once more on bottom layer - MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Copy & paste as a new
Image on your workspace. Your image should now have a transparent background. You can resize it
if you like - I resized mine 85% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
