Lovely Tutorial

You will need:

A tube - I used one of Myriadelle cute tubes.
You need to be a registered member of MyTagArt
HERE
to purchase her tubes, but ant cute tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Happiness' from Boomie-Star Scraps & Dreams
HERE
Font I used is called 'Feena'
HERE
Plugin Filters:
EyeCandy 4000-GradientGlow
Penta.com-Colour Dot

The scrap is rather large in size, so we will have to resize down a fair bit.
We will start off with a large canvas but resize down at the end.
Drop shadow I used throughout the tutorial is:
V 1-H 3-Opacity 50 Blur 16 Dark Charcoal

New white canvas W900xH800

Copy & paste one of the square frames from the scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 60%
Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move across to the right of your canvas. Duplicate-Image-Mirror,
Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 30 Right. Move the rotated frame to the left so it is just sitting
over the bottom frame

Copy & paste one of the 'swirl' elements from scrap kit as a new layer. Move across to it is to the
right of the rotated frame. Move down under the frame layer.

Duplicate the 'swirl' element - Image-Mirror.

Make bottom frame layer active - Magic Wand, click inside the frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 6
Copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer (paper will be extra large, so we need to
resize it down)Resize 16% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None
Move the paper layer below the frame layer.
Do the same for the rotated frame with the paper.

Back to bottom frame-Magic Wand, click inside the frame - copy & paste your tube as a new layer.
Move the tube over to the side a little. You may also have to resize the tube to fit inside the frame.
Selections-Invert, hit delete to remove any of the tube sticking out side the frame. Reduce the Opacity
of the tube to 80%. Effects-Plugins-Penta.com-Colour Dot with the default settings.
Give both frame layers the drop shadow.

Make top layer active - copy & paste your tube once more as a new layer. Move the tube over the rotated
frame. Make rotated frame layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat-Selections-Invert, Eraser Tool, erase
any of the tube sticking out from the frame.

At this stage you can add any of the other elements you like but remember to resize them down as they
are rather big.

Add your name & correct copyright. Resize 65% Bicubic-all layer CHECKED. Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white)
MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Copy & paste as a New Image on your work space. Your image should now have
a transparent background. Save as a *Png
