Vintage Memories Tutorial





You will need:

A tube - I used one of Elias Chatzoudis lovely tubes.
You need to be a registered member of PSP Tubes Emporium

to purchase his tubes, but any tube will do.
Mask #52 - in my supplies with permission from Magsnificant Creations

Scrap kit called 'Vinatge Memories' from Scraps Dimensions
HERE
Font I used is called 'VujahdayFlourish' from
HERE



A new white canvas 850x850



Don't worry about the size, we will resize it at the end.

Selections-Select All, new raster layer - copy & paste a paper from scrap kit into
Selection.Selections-None
Open up mask #52 from my supplies, minimise it. New Mask Layer-From Image



Merge Group. Resize mask layer 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.

Copy & paste Wrap 1 from scrap kit as a new layer. Move the Wrap down slightly.
Give this drop shadow



*We will be using that drop shadow all through this tutorial*

Copy & paste Bow 1 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 40% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Adjust-Sharpen. Move down over the bow on the Wrap. Give drop shadow.

Copy & paste Decor from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 70% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Now move the Decor layer below the Bow layer. Give the Decor drop shadow.

Copy & paste the Hat from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Adjust-Sharpen. Give drop shadow. Move the Hat across so it is sitting over the Decor.

Copy & paste Old Desk from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Adjust-Sharpen. Give drop shadow. Now move Old Desk layer down below the Wrap Layer. Keep the
Old Desk layer active.

Copy & paste the Old Clock from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 20% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Move the clock up so it is sitting on top of the old desk (like mine). Adjust-Sharpen. Give drop shadow.

Copy & paste Telephone from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen.
Add drop shadow. Move across so it is sittin on the old desk.

Have top layer active. Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Position your tube so it looks nice. Give
drop shadow.

Almost finished. Add your name & correct copyright. When you have done that, cross out the eyes on bottom
layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Make your merged layer active, click COPY & paste as a new image
on your work space. Your merged image should now have a transparent back ground. I resized mine 65% Bicubic-
all layers CHECKED, but that is your choice. Save as a *Png
