You will need:

You will need a tube + a close up. I used one of Keith Garvey's
tubes - you need to be a registered member of PSPTubes Emporium
HERE
to purchase his tube, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Dark Reflections' from Ladyhawk Designs
HERE
Scroll down the page a little to find the download link to the scrap kit
Font I used is called 'akaDora, regular' from AbstractFonts.com

Plugin Filter:
MuRa's Meister - Copies

New white canvas 800x700

Copy & paste Frame 4 from scrap kit as a new layer. Freehand Selection Tool, draw around
the frame like this

New raster layer - drag below the frame layer - select a light colour from your tube as
the fill colour.

Flood Fill Tool, flood fill the selection. Keep selected. Go to Effects,
Texture Effects-Tiles, with these settings

Then go to Properties-General & change Opacity to 25

Keep selected. Copy & paste close up tube as a new layer - move into position - Selections-Invert
hit delete. Slections-None. Move the tube layer below the filled layer. Give the tube this drop shadow

Still on the tube, go to Adjust-Sharpen if you had to resize.
Have top layer active. Copy & paste element 26 from scrap kit as a new layer.
Effects-Plugins-MuRa's Meister-Copies-Encircle with these settings

Move across a little to centre the circled flowers over the frame. Now drag the circled flowers
down to just above the white background layer. Give drop shadow as before. Give the frame the same
drop shadow.

Paste element 26 once more - resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move the new flower over to the right
on the frame & up a little.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - move to where it will look nice. Add the drop shadow as before.
Add your name & correct copyright. Cross out the eyes on bottom layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers.
Turn the eyes back on on bottom layer. Crop Tool - crop excess white background. Click COPY & paste as a new
image on your work space. Your merged image should now have a transparent background. Resize about 80% Bicubic-
all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
