Luggs Tutorial

You will need:
A tube - I used one of Toosh Toosh's very cute tubes.
You need to be a registered member of her site to purchase
Toosh's tubes HERE
but any cute animal tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Muma's Garden' from WickedPrincessScraps

Open up my Luggs Frame - click SHIFT D to copy it. Delete the original. Delete my TOU layer.
Make bottom layer (white) active, go to Image-Canvas Size with these settings - 800x800
Make white background layer active once more - Copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer.
Open up the mask 330, minimise it. New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
You can colourize the mask layer to suit your tube. Resize 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Make Frame-1 layer active on my template - Select All-Float-Defloat. Copy & Paste a paper from
scrap kit as a new layer. Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Go to Effects-3D Effects-
Inner Bevel with these settings
Give the new Frame this drop shadow - delete original frame
Make Side Bars layer active on template - Select All-Float-Defloat - new raster layer, Flood Fill with
a colour from your tube. Give the same Inner Bevel effect as before. Selections-None. Give drop shadow.
Back to Frame layer - Magic Wand, click inside the frame - you make have to click a bit closer to edges
of frame to get the marching ants up close - new raster layer copy another paper from scrap kit & Paste Into Selection.
Keep selected. Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - move the tube so it is close to one side of the frame.
Selections-Invert, hit delete. Blend Mode - Luminance.
Copy & paste VineFlower element from scrap kit as a new layer. Image-Free Rotation-Rotate 45 left. Move the FlowerVine
across to the left of the frame & move down under the Frame layer. Give drop shadow. Duplicate - Image-Mirror
Copy & paste the TearDropFlower element from scrap kit as a new layer. Move down under frame layer & across to the
right of the frame.
Make top layer active - paste the TearDropFlower once more - Image-Mirror, move across a little so it is sitting just over
the top left corner of the frame. Using your Eraser Tool, carefully erase the stem part of the flower, so it looks as though
it is stick up from behind the frames. Give drop shadow.
Copy & paste your tube once more, placing it where it will look good. Give drop shadow.
Add your name & correct copyright. Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white - MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Copy Merged Image
& paste as a New Image on your work space. Resize about 75% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
Save as a *Png
