You will need:

A tube - I used one of Jennifer Janesko lovely tubes.
You need to be a registered member of CreativeOutletDesignOutlet (CDO)

but any tube will do.
Scrap kit I used is called 'Paperdoll' from Fantasy Dreams Designz

Font I used is called 'TangoScriptSSK'

Plugin Filter:
MuRa's Meister-Copies-Encircle

Open up Template #388 - click Shift D to copy it. Close off the original template.
Delete the 2 top layers of the template.
Make bottom layer of the template (background) active, go to Image-Canvas Size with these settings

Flood fill with white. Make Circle 2 active - MERGE DOWN to circle 1 - Select All-Float-Defloat.
Copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None.
Give this drop shadow

Delete original circle layers. Make Circle 1 Back layer active - Select All-Float-Modify-Expand 5,
New raster layer, Flood Fill with a dark colour from your tube. Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise
with these settings.

Delete the original cirle 1 layer.

Make Frame Bacl layer active-Select All-Float-Defloat, copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer. I pasted
the 1st paper I used but that choice is yours. Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None.

Make Frame layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat-new Raster layer, Flood Fill with your dark colour. Give Noise effect
as before. Add drop shadow

Do the same with the 2 other squares & frames. With the middle square, after I pasted the paper, I gave this 'blind effect'

When you have done all that, we will now make the square on the left active, Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste your
tube as a new layer. Position your tube so it sits within the select square. Selections-Invert, hit delete. Do the same on the
square on the right, mirroring your tube. When you have done that, make the very top layer active - paste your tube once more.
Position your tube where it will look nice. Give drop shadow.
Cross out the eyes on very bottom layer active (background), MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Move your merged image down a smidgeon.

Open eyes on bottom layer. Make it active - copy & paste the fdd-el-deco1 element from the scrap kit as a new layer. Now this element
is rather large, so we will have to resize it 16% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Colour Change that element to suit your tube.
Duplicate & on the original layer go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 5.

Make top layer active - copy & paste one of the flowers from scarp kit as a new layer. Resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
