You will need:
A close up tube. I used one of Angela Newman's pretty tubes
You need to be a member of PTE

to purchase her tubes, but any close up tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Lessons In Love' from WickedPrincessScraps

Font I used is called 'Mael' from SimplyTheBestFont
HERE
We will be using one of the inbuilt Texture Filters with this tut.

Copy & paste Lil_Heartbow from scrap kit as a new layer
Resize it 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Duplicate & on the
bottom Heartbow layer, go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur-25.
Next, to got Effects-Texture Effects-Mosaic-Antique - Default settings
Make top layer active, give the Heartbow this drop shadow
Copy & paste Lil_RoseClusterJasmine from scrap kit as a new layer.
Move the Rose Cluster up & to your left a little bit so it sits over
the top of the grey heart
Duplicate - Image-Mirror-Image-Flip, move the duplicate image up a wee bit.
Give each Cluster the drop shadow as before
Copy & paste Lil_HeartDangle from scrap kit as a new layer.Resize 80% Bicubic-

to the left a little. Adjust-Sharpen, give drop shadow.
Now, make the duplicated Rose Cluster active (2nd layer from top), copy & paste
your tube as a new layer, placing the tube where it will look nice. Add drop shadow.
Add your name & correct copyright. Crop Tool, crop excess white background.
Close the eyes on the bottom Layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Copy your
merge image & paste as a New Image on your workspace. Resize 70% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
