You will need:

A tube - I used one of Rahxy@ DeviantArt.com lovely images
HERE
But you can use any tube you like.
Scrap kit called 'OrangeSpice' from WackyWinnieDesigns
HERE
Font I used is called 'Pea Weenie' from Dafont
HERE
Mask #84 from WeeScotsLass
HERE

A new white canvas 800x800

Open up mask #84 & minimise it. Copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new
layer on your white canvas.
Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Merge group once you have the mask on your canvas. Resize the Mask layer 90% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked.

Copy & paste either Frame-1 or Frame-2 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 75% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen. Magic Wand, click inside both frame side - Selection,
Modify-Expand 4. Copy & paste another paper from scrap kit as a new layer. Selections-Invert,
hit delete. Move paper layer below the frame layer.
Give the frame this drop shadow

At this stage, move your mask up a little bit, so it just shows above the frame.
Make frame layer active.Copy & paste one of the Gerber elements from scrap kit as a new layer.
Resize Berber element 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen. Move across to the right
top of the frame, them move down under the frame layer. Give drop shadow. Duplicate Gerber element-
Image-Mirror. You may need to move this layer in a little bit to fit the canvas.

Make top layer active - copy & paste one of the butterfly elements as new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen. Give drop shadow. Move across to the top left of frame. You
can duplicate this butterfly or paste the other butterfly as a new layer, but mirror it after you
have resized it.

Make top layer active once more - copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if needed. Duplicate
your tube & move original layer down under the frame. Have top tube layer active, carefully erase parts
of the tube so it looks as though it is peeking out the frame (see mine for example. When you have done
this, add drop shadow to top tube layer.
Now you can move one of the Gerber elements up so it's above the frame layer (see mine for example)
or you can leave it where it is.

Add your name & correct copyright. Crop Tool, crop excess white background being careful not to crop any
of the elements on the sides. Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white), MERGE VISIBLE all other layers.
Copy your merged layer & paste as a new image on your work space. I resized my image by 705 Bicubic- all
layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png.
