I done this tut in PSPX1 but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.
No outside filters used

You will need:

A close up tube, prefabably - I used one of Arthur Crowes lovely ladies.
You need to be a registered member of PsPTubes Emporium (PTE)
to purchase his tubes, but any tube will do
Scrap kit called 'Romancing The Heart' from DesignsByVabs
Thank you Vabs
Mask #4 from Melissaz Creations
Thank you Melissa
Font I used is called 'English' from Dafont.com
My WordArt - "Courage"

New white canvas 700x700

Open up Mask #4 & minimise it.

On your new canvas go to Selections-Select All - new raster layer,Copy & paste a paper
from scrap kit as a new layer. New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Merge Group - now, make you bottom layer (white) active, go to Image-Canvas Size with these settings

Don't worry about the size as we will resize it at the end.
Copy & paste Element23 from scrap kit as a new layer - rewsize the round frame 80% Bicubic-all
layers unchecked.

Magic Wand, click inside the round frame, go to Selections-Modify-Expand 12 - new raster layer. Copy &
paste another paper from scrap kit into selection. Move this layer below the round frame. Selections-None.

Make the round frame layer active - copy & paste Element 8 from scrap kit as anew layer - resize 70% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen. Move the flower across to the left side of the round frame
Copy & paste Element 10 from scrap kit as a new layer - resizing it the same as before. Move acros & a little
ontop of the 1st flower, then move that layer down under 1st flower - Duplicate-Image-Flip.
Now, cross out the eyes on all other layers below those flower layers - make one of the flower layers active,
Merge Visible. Open up the eyes on all other layers, having the merged flower layer active - duplicate-Image-Mirror
Merge top layer down.
Copy & paste the red flower element (8) as a new layer, resizing it as before, move it to the top of the round
frame-Adjust-Sharpen-duplicate-Image-Flip - Merge Down. You should have something similar to this

Add this drop shadow to all the flower layers, also the round frame layer.

Make top layer active - copy & paste Element 31 from scrap kit as a new layer, resize 80% Bicubic-all layers
unchecked - Adjust-Sharpen - add drop shadow. Move across to the side of the flowers.
Copy & paste Element 4 from scrap kit as a new layer - resize 70% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen.
Add drop shadow. Move across over the Heart tag

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - duplicate & move the original tube layer down under all the flower layers.
Make top tube layer active - Eraser Tool, erase parts of the tube so it will fit in nicely (see my tag)

Now, cross out eyes on bottom layer (white), Merge VISIBLE all other layers. Open the eyes up again on bottom layer.
Make your merged image active, resize 90% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move across slightly to either left or right
as we will now paste my WordArt as a new layer. You can colourize my wordart if you wish. I used Eyecandy 4000,
Gradient Glow on the wordart, but that is up to you.

Add your name & correct copyright - cross out eyes once more on bottom layer, merge VISIBLE all other layers.
Click COPY on your merged image layer & paste as a New Image on your workspace. You merged image should now
have a transparent background. Resize to your liking - I resized mine 70% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
Save as a *Png Image
