I created this tutorial with PSPX1 but I'm
sure it can be done in any version of PSP.
You will need to be an experienced PSPer to do
this tutorial, but my steps are easy enough to follow.
This is a lengthy tutorial with lots of screen shots
No scrap kit used in this tutorial, just your imagination.

You will need:

2 tubes - one close up. I used the awesome artwork of Angela Newman
You need to be a registered member of PSPTubes Emporium (PTE)
to purchase her tubes, but ant tubes will do.
Template #11 from Cupcake Sprinkles
Scroll down a little till you see her template downloads
Thank you Caitlin
WordArt Pak 2 from Sapphy'z Demented Hallucinationz
Unfortunately the download link for Sapphy's WordArt is
not working, so I have it in my 4Shared for you
