Believe In Dreams Tutorial

I created this tut in PSPX1 but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.
No outside filters used
You will need to have knowledge of Animation Shop
You will need:
A close up tube - I used one of Jennifer Janesko tubes.
I purchased my Jennifer Janesko tubes from the old CILM.
You will need to be a member of Creative Designs Outlet (CDO)
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial

Scrap kit called 'Believe In Dreams' from CinnamonScraps

Font I used is called 'Pea Hunzer' from Free Fonts
Mask #249 from WeeScotsLass - thank you Chelle
'Floaties' from MarieLouiseAnimations
(Open up in your Animation Shop-Select All)
New white canvas 800x800
Select All - new raster layer, copy & paste a paper from scrap kit.
I used paper 10. Once you have done that - Selections-None
Open up & minimise Mask #249. New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Open up & minimise Mask #249. New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
Merge Group.
Copy & paste Element 22 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 80% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Move down just a little.
Freehand Selection Tool, draw around the Rope Frame like this
Copy & paste Element 22 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 80% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Move down just a little.

Make the mask layer active - add a new raster layer. Paste the paper you used
for the Mask Into Selection. Selections-None.
Make the Rope Frame layer active. Copy & paste Element 10 from scrap kit as
a new layer. Image-Resize- 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move across to the
left side of the Rope Frame. Duplicate-Image-Flip. Merge Down.
Copy & paste Element 11 from scarp kit as a new layer.Image-Resize-80% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Duplicate-Image-Flip. Merge Down. Duplicate - Image-Free Rotate,
Rotate 90 right. Merge Down.Your image should look something like this
for the Mask Into Selection. Selections-None.
Make the Rope Frame layer active. Copy & paste Element 10 from scrap kit as
a new layer. Image-Resize- 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move across to the
left side of the Rope Frame. Duplicate-Image-Flip. Merge Down.
Copy & paste Element 11 from scarp kit as a new layer.Image-Resize-80% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Duplicate-Image-Flip. Merge Down. Duplicate - Image-Free Rotate,
Rotate 90 right. Merge Down.Your image should look something like this
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Move the tube so it is sitting central in the Rope
Frame.
Make your Rope Frame layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - back up to your tube,
Eraser Tool, erase any of the bottom of the tube that may be protruding outside the Rope
Frame.
Add this drop shadow to the Rope Frame, Decorative Frame & your tube
Frame.
Make your Rope Frame layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - back up to your tube,
Eraser Tool, erase any of the bottom of the tube that may be protruding outside the Rope
Frame.
Add this drop shadow to the Rope Frame, Decorative Frame & your tube
If you like you can now add any of the WordArt that from the scrap kit. I added 'believe in'
Add your name & correct copyright.
If you wish to procede to the Animation, please follow on.
If not. Cross out the eyes on the bottom layer (white), Merge Visibale all other layers.
COPY & paste as a New Image on your workspace. Resize to your liking.
Save as a *Png
ANIMATIION
After you have merged all layers - Crop Tool - crop excess white background.
Resize to your liking - I resized mine 78% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
Copy your Merge Image - go to Animation Shop - paste as a New Animation.
On top bar click COPY - hold down your CTRL key & click L 7 times to give you
8 frames. Go to Edit-Select All
Select All the 'Floaties' - copy the Floaties go to you Image & Paste Into Selected Frames.
Do this a couple of time - I psted mine over the 'believe in' wordart & my name, but that
is your choice.
Click View Animation to see if you have the 'floaties' where you want them. If happy with them
save as a *Gif
