Click on image to see larger version

I created this tut in PSPX1 (11) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.
You will need:

A tube - I used one of Karen Middleton's cute tubes.
You need to be a registered member of CDO
to purchase her tubes, but any tube will do.
Plugin Filters:
Toadies-Ommadawn - Eyecandy4000-Glass,
MuRa's Meisters-Copies
Font - Lesserco.ttf

New white canvas 650X300

Open up the tube you are going to use.
Copy & paste as a new layer on your canvas.
Plugin Filters-MuRa's Meister-Copies-Wallpaper with these settings

Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 15

Effects-Plugin Filters-Toadies-Ommadawn with these settings

Magic Wand with these settings
Click on a cross row. Hit delete - Selections-Selections None.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. You may have to rewsize the tube if
it is a small one. Duplicate - Image-Mirror. Merge Down. Duplicate once more &
on the original duplicated tube layer - Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 15.
Toadies-Ommadawn filter once more. Magic Wand as before, remembering to click on both sides of the tube. Hit delete.
Selections-Selections-None.
Make top duplicated tube layer active - Blend Mode-Soft Light. Add this Drop Shadow to
top tube layer.

Copy & paste your tube once more - Add drop shadow as before. Go to Layers-Properties,
drop the Opacity to about 80.

Selection Tool-Rectangle - Feather 0, draw a rectangle around the centre tube image like this.

Copy Merged - minimise it for now (we will use this image for the Avatar)
Selections-Selection-None on your main image.

Make the bottom layer (white) active - Selections-Select All-Selections-Modify-Selection Borders
with these settings

Make the top layer active-add a new Raster Layer - Flood Fill with a colour from your tube.
Plugin Filters-Eyecandy4000-Glass with these settings

Selections-Select-None.
At this stage we will add our name & correct copyright. Once you have done that - Merge Visible.

Onto the Avatar - open it up - Selections-Select-Modify-Selection Borders as before.
New Raster Layer, Flood Fill with colour from your tube. Do the same as you done above
with your SigTag tube image. Add correct copyright & Your Initial - Merge Visible.
Resize

All finished.
Save both Sigtag & Avatar as *Png images
