Kiss Me, I'm Irish Tutorial

I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.

You will need:
2 St Pat's tube - I used 'Biddy' one of ©Cute-N-Toonz tubes.
She is a PayForUse tube.
You can purchase her from Cute-N-Toonz.blogspot.
HERE
Scrapkit called 'Irish Eyes' from Sinister Creationz
HERE
My supplies which contain my KissMe Template
& St Pats Day words
Font I used is called 'SpringLP' from azFonts

If you are using Cut-N-Toonz tube, you will have to resize down to about
25% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED to start with.
Open up your tubes. Open up the St Pat's words, minimise for now. Open up my
KissMe template - click SHIFT D to copy it, close off original template. Delete my copyright layer.
Make bottom layer active (white) - go to Image-Canvas Size with these settings

That gives us plenty of room to work with. We will resize at the end.
Make Raster 4 layer (oval) active - Select All-Float-Defloat - new raster layer, copy & paste into selection
a paper from scrapkit. I used paper 1. Selections-None. I used the same paper for all layers but that is up to you.

Make Rectangle layer active - do the same as before, but Selections-Invert - copy & pate StPat'sDay words as
a new layer - position then hit delete. Selections-None.

Copy & paste Rainbow element from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 55% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Position
over the top of the Oval layer. Adjust-Sharpen.

Make the Flower layer active - do the same as previous layers.

Copy & paste Pot Of Gold1 element from scrap kit as a new layer - resize 35% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Position to the side of the flower (like mine). Adjust-Sharpen.

Copy & paste one of the Balloon elements from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 70% Bicubic-all layers inchecked.
Image-Free Rotate-Rotate35 right. Position to the side of the Pot of Gold.
Copy & paste the other Balloon element from scrapkit as a new layer, resize the same as other balloon & position
next to 1st balloon.

Now it's time to copy & paste your tubes. Position them where they will look good. I chose one standing & the
other sitting on the pot of gold.
(Remember to resize the tubes if you haven't already)
Add your name & correct copyright. Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Click COPY
& paste as a New Image on your workspace. I resized mine 78% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png image

Thank you Debbie for the beautiful work you done
on my new blog design. Here is a taggy as a gift from me
