At the time I created this tutorial, all tubes, scrapkits, etc were
in working links. Sorry if the links no longer work
With scrapkits, if the link or site is missing, choose a similar scrapkit

I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. You need to have a good understanding of
your PSP program to do this tutorial

You will need:
A  tube plus a close up tube - I used a tube from Angela Newman
You need to be a registered member of PSP Tubes Emporium (PTE)
to purchase her tubes, but any tubes will do.
Mask #TimeLine3 from Moonbeams & Spiderwebs
Font I used is called 'KellyBrown' from Dafont.com
Plugin Filters:
Eyecandy4000-Gradient Glow & MotionTrail

New white canvas 550x250

(Open up & minimise Mask #TimeLine3)
New raster layer - Flood Fill with a colour from your tube
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Merge Group. Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Resize so the
tube fills half of the canvas if you don't have a close-up tube.
Effects/ edge effects/enhance.  Lower opacity to 35. Copy and paste smaller tube,
placing it the opposite side of main tube. Add this drop shadow

Add your wording - I have 'Take The Time To Smell The Roses' but you can use any
wording you like. Place the wording top left side of canvas. Effects-Plugins-Eyecandy4000,
MotionTrail with these settings

Add your name & correct copyright. Add a new raster layer - SElections-Select All - Flood Fill with
a dark colour from your tube - Selections-Modify-Contract-4, hit delete. Selections-None. Adjust-
Add&RemoveNoise-Add Noise with these settings

Merge Visible - Save as a *Png image

You can aslo make a  Avatar by just using your Selection Tool-Rectangle - draw out a small rectangle
Copy & paste as a New Image on your workspace. Resize 150x150 pixels-Lock aspects, unchecked.
Add your first name or initial.
Add the frame as for the main tag image - Merge Visible & save as a *Png image also
