Serenity Tutorial

At the time I created this tutorial, all tubes, scrapkits, etc were
in working links. Sorry if the links no longer work
With scrapkits, if the link or site is missing, choose a similar scrapkit
I created this tut in PSPX1 (11) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. You need to have a good understanding of
your PSP program to do this tutorial
You will need:
A close-up tube - I used one ofAngela Newmans lovely tubes
You need to be a registered member of PTE

Scrapkit called 'Vanilla' from Tina's Magical Scrap World

Mask #3 from Melissaz Creations:Masks
Font I used is called 'Pea Amie' from FontsForPeas
Plugin Filter:
Eyecandy4000-GradientGlow for your name & copyright
Eyecandy4000-GradientGlow for your name & copyright
New white canvas 750x750
Open mask #3 & minimise it.
Copy & paste a paper from scrapkit as a new layer - I used paper 19
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
Copy & paste a paper from scrapkit as a new layer - I used paper 19

Merge Group - duplicate - Merge Down - resize 90%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Copy & paste one of the Scalloped Circles from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 50%SmartSize-
all layers unchecked. Move up a little & to the left.
Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - you may have to resize your tube,
if you are using a different one to mine a little.
Selections-Invert - Eraser Tool - erase parts of the tube protruding outside the selected Scalloped Circle
(leave the top part of your tube intact - don't erase)
Now, go back to the Scalloped Circle layer & give it this drop shadow
Copy & paste one of the Scalloped Circles from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 50%SmartSize-
all layers unchecked. Move up a little & to the left.
Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste your tube as a new layer - you may have to resize your tube,
if you are using a different one to mine a little.
Selections-Invert - Eraser Tool - erase parts of the tube protruding outside the selected Scalloped Circle
(leave the top part of your tube intact - don't erase)
Now, go back to the Scalloped Circle layer & give it this drop shadow
Add the same drop shadow to your tube. When you have done this - Merge Down the tube to the Scalloped
Circle.
Duplicate your merged image - resize the copy 70%SmartSize-all layers unchecked. Image-Mirror, move
down to bottom right of the top merged image, like this
Circle.
Duplicate your merged image - resize the copy 70%SmartSize-all layers unchecked. Image-Mirror, move
down to bottom right of the top merged image, like this
Copy & paste either LeafBranch 3 or 4 from scrapkit as a new layer. Resize 70%SmartSize-all layers unchecked
Move the LeafBranch up to the right top, then move it down under bother merged images. Duplicate-Image-Mirror.
Resize duplicated LeafBranch 70%SmartSize-all layers unchecked. Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 30 right.
Add drop shadow
Make top layer active - copy & paste either FlowerString 1 or 2 from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 70%SmartSize-
all layers unchecked. Move up & to the left over your top merge layer. Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 30 right.
Duplicate-Resize 70% again - Image-Mirror. Merge Down - add drop shadow.
Copy & paste one of the OrnamentFlowers from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 50%SmartSize-all layers unchecked..
Move over to the left over the FlowerString - duplicate-resize the duplicate 80% - Image-Mirror.
Add your name & correct copyright - when you have done this - cross out the eyes on bottom layer (white),
Merge Visible all other layers. Click COPY & paste as a New Image on your workspace.
Your merge image should now have a transparent background.
Resize to your liking - I resized mine 90%SmartSize-all layers CHECKED
Save as a *Png image
