4Th July Tutorial

Click on image to see larger version

At the time I created this tutorial, all tubes, scrapkits, etc were
in working links. Sorry if the links no longer work
With scrapkits, if the link or site is missing, choose a similar scrapkit

I created this tut in PSPX1 (11) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. You need to have a good understanding of
your PSP program to do this tutorial.

You will need:
A tube - I used one of Alicia Mujica lovely tubes
You need to be a registered member of PTE
to purchase her tubes, but any 4th July tube will do.
Scrapkit called 'USA 2010' from Addictive Pleasures
Mask #325 from WeeScotsLass Creations
Font I used is called "Ravie" from Fontpalace
Plugin Filter:
Eyecandy4000-GradientGlow for your name & copyright

Open up the mask #325 & minimise it. Also open up the tube you will be
using & set it aside.
New white canvas 700x700

Copy & paste a paper from the scrapkit as a new laye. I used paper #8
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Merge Group - Image-Resize 90% SmartSize-all layers unchecked

Copy & paste Frame#1 from scrapkit as a new layer - Image-Resize 115%SmartSize-all layers unchecked
Magic Wand, click inside the frame - selections-modify-expand 6
Copy & paste another paper from scrapkit as a new layer. I use paper#9 this time.
Image-resize 55%SmartSize-all layers unchecked. Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None.
Move this paper layer below the frame layer.

Make top layer active - copy & paste the Star from scrapkit as a new layer. Move the star across to
the left of the frame (see mine for placement)
Add this drop shadow to frame & star

Copy & paste Chain2 from scrapkit as a new layer - move the Chain2 across to the right of the frame.
Add drop shadow.

Copy & paste Bow4 from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 70%SmartSize-all layers unchecked. Move across
over the Chain2 - add drop shadow.

Copy & paste the Banner from scrapkit as a new layer - move up over the top of the frame. Add drop shadow.
Finally, copy & paste your tube as a new layer, placing the tube where it will look nice. Add drop shadow.

Add your name & correct copyright. When you have done that, cross out the eyes on the bottom layer
(white) Merge Visible all other layers. Click COPY & Paste as a New Image on your workspace. Resize
to your liking - I resized mine 90%SmartSize-all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
