I created this tut in PSPX1 (11) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time. We will be using the
Blend Mode a bit in this tutorial

You will need:

A tube (close up preferable) - I used one of Irene Owens tubes.
You need to be a registered member of CDO
to purchase her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrapkit 'Black & White' from Mich at Creative Misfits Creations
Scroll down till you see the link to Mich's scrapkit
Mask #170 from Chelle of WeeScottsLassCreations
Scroll down to you see the link to Masks 121-180
Font I used is called 'GradoGradoo' from UrbanFonts

Open up the tube you will be using, as well as the mask, minimise the mask
New white canvas 700x700
Copy & paste a paper from scrapkit as a new layer - I used paper #6
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
Merge Group - duplicate - Merge Down.

Copy & paste Heart One from scrapkit as a new layer - resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Move down slightly.

Magic Wand with these settings
Click inside the Heart, click a couple of times to get the marching ants all around the heart.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer, moving the tube so it is sitting nicely in the heart.
Selections-Invert - Eraser Tool set at about 55, erase any of the bottom part of tube outside the heart.
Duplicate the tube layer & on the original tube go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 15.
Make top tube layer active - go to Blend Mode-Soft Light. Duplicate once more & on top tube layer,
Properties-Opacity 80.

Copy & paste Bow 10 from scrapkit as a new layer, positioning the bow to the right of the heart.
Duplicate-Image-Mirror. Merge Down. Add this drop shadow to the merged bows
Copy & paste Weird Flower 2 from scrapkit as a new layer. Resize 55% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Move the flower down to bottom of your tube (see mine for example). Duplicate flower once more, resize
80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked, move up slightly, Merge Down. Adjust-Hue & Saturation both on 0
Duplicate merged flowers & on bottom merged flowers layer - Adjust-Blur-Gassian Blur 15. Make top flowers layer
active - Blend Mode-Soft Light. Duplicate once more.

That is your image done.
Add your name & correct copyright.
When you have done that, cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers.
Click COPY & paste as a new image on your workspace. Your new image will now have a transparent background.
Resize to your liking - I resized mine 85% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
Save as a *Png image
