Pisces Tutorial

I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time. We will be using the
Blend Mode a bit in this tutorial

You will need:

A tube (close up preferable) - I used one of Elias Chatzoudis tubes.
You need to be a registered member of Elias ArtShop.com
to purchase his tubes, but any mermaid tube will do.
Scrapkit 'Vicky Scrap Kit' from Scraps by Jessica
Mask #18 from Bev, Horseplay'sPastures
Font I used is called 'Wet Paint' from SimplyTheBest-fonts

Open up the tube you will be using, as well as the mask, minimize the mask
New white canvas 650x650
Copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer - I used paper #11
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
Merge Group
Copy & paste V_Frame1 from scrap kit as a new layer - resize 70% SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Add this drop shadow
Magic Wand, click inside the oval hole in the frame, Copy & paste your tube as a new layer,
moving the tube so it is sitting nicely within the oval hole.
Selections-Invert - Eraser Tool set at about 55, erase any of tube outside the oval hole.
Copy & paste V_net5 as a new layer - resize 55%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move the net down below the tube layer & over to the right side of the frame.
Copy & paste V_net3 as a new layer - resize 60%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move over to the right side.
Copy & paste V_net2 as a new layer - resize 60%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move over to the right side.
Copy & paste V_bow1 as a new layer - resize 60%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move over all the net layers so it looks as though it is keeping them together.
Add the drop shadow to the bow as before.

Copy & paste V_fern1 as a new layer - resize 40%SmartSize-all layers unchceked.
Move across to the right side - Duplicate-Image-Mirror - Merge Down
Copy & paste V_flowers1 as a new layer - resize 60%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move across to the right side over the ferns. Add drop shadow.

Copy & paste V_shell3 as a new layer - resize 30%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move across in front of flowers.
Copy & paste V_shell1 as a new layer - resize 20%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move across in front of the Star Fish.
Copy & paste V_shell5 as a new layer - resize 30%SmartSize-all layers unchecked.
Move across in front of Star Fish.
Add drop shadow to each of the shell layers.

Just about finished
Cross out the eyes on the background layer (white), merge Visible
all other layers. Add your name & correct copyright. With the background still crossed
out, Merge Visible once more - click COPY & Paste as a New Image on your workspace.
Resize if needed. Save as a *Png

Blasted Grid Tutorial
