Blue Line

You will need:

A Fairy tube either PFU or FTU
Scrap KIt- Blue Line from 'Fantasy Moments: HERE
Mask supplied: HERE
Font of choice. I am using 'Signature' that came with my PSPX1
Plugin Filter-Tramage

New white canvas 600x600



Copy & paste FM-Blue Line Element2 (frame) as a new layer
Resize 70% Bicubic - all layers un-checked

With Magic Wand click inside frame - Selections-Modify-Expand by 5
Copy & paste FM-Blue Line Paper-10 as a new layer. Selections-Invert, click
delete - move this layer below the frame. Select None.

Have the frame layer active, once again click inside - Selections-Modify-Expand by 5,
copy & paste FM-Blue Line Element-56 (water drops) as a new layer. Resize 60% all layers
un-checked - Selections-Invert-click delete - Select None. Give the water drops this drop shadow
Move this layer below frame.



At this stage I increase the size of the white canvas. Go to Image-Canvas Size with these settings



Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - duplicate & move the original layer below the frame layer.
Have the frame layer active go to Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat - now have top layer tube active &
carefully erase sections of the tube that may be above the flowers on the frame





Copy & paste FM-Blue Line Element-6 (heart pendant) as a new layer. Resize 40% all layers un-checked.
Move this to just above the frame. Erase the top part of the ring so it looks as though it is through
the loop on the frame. Give the same drop shadow as before.

Now you can give the frame & the top tube the same drop shadows.

Copy & paste FM-Blue Line Element-31 (blue bow) as a new layer. Resize 40% as before. Same drop shadow.

Add any other Elements you wish. Cross out the eyes on your bottom layer - Merge Visable all layers.

On the Merged layer, resize 90% all layers un-checked.Select one of the papers from scrap kit, paste as a new
layer just above the bottom layer. Go to New Mask Layer - From Image with these settings



Merge Group - resize 76% all layers un-checked - duplicate - on original mask layer go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 35
then go to Effects-Plugin Filters-Tramages- default setting.
Cross out eyes once more on bottom layer - Merge Visable all other layers.

Add your name & correct copyright - Merge Down - Copy merged layer & paste as a New Image.
Save as a *Png
