Angelina Tutorial

I have a few screen shots with this tutorial for
those that are new to Slatts

You will need:

A tube - I used one of Henri Peter tubes
called 'Rosa-Angelina'. Henri Peter is a
Free To Use artist - you can find him
My supplies which contain a mask from ©Vix
& a Slatt from ©Moonshadow
Font of choice

New white canvas 700x700

OPen up the Mask & Slatt from supplies. Minimise
the mask - copy & paste the Slatt as a new layer.
Selections-select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste your
tube as a new layer, moving tube to the left of Slatt - Mirror
your original tube, copy & paste it as a new layer, moving to the
right of the Slatt - Selections-Invert, hit delete on both tube layers.
Selections-None. Cross out the eyes on bottom layer & Slatt layer, Merge Visible
both tube layers.Uncross eyes on bottom & Slatt layers.
This is what you should have

Delete the black Slatt layer, have tube layer active - Effects-Inner Bevel
with these settings

Give the tube/Slatt layer this drop shadow

Make bottom layer active (white), add a new Raster layer - Flood Fill with a
dark colour from your tube. New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Resize your image 85% Bicubic-all layers unhecked. Duplicate & bottom image layer go to Adjust,
Blur-Gaussian Blur 25. Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Texture & apply a nice Texture - you may need
to repeat the Texture Effect to get a nice even effect.Still on Blurred layer - Right Click-go to
Properties-Layer Properties Opacity 60.

Cross out eyes on bottom layer - Merge Visible all other layers.
Add your name & correct copyright.
Crop Tool - crop to remove excess white background. Cross out eyes on bottom layer,

You may need to resize - I resized mine 87% Bicubic-all layers checked.
