Cheerful Tutorial

You will need:

A tube - I used one from SophisticatedScraps
HERE
Lisa has FTU as well as PFU tubes on her site.
You need to scroll down to find her FTU tubes. But
you can use any tubes you like.
Scrap kit called 'Cheerful' from FantasyMoments Scraps
HERE


New white canvas 700x700



We will resize at the end.

Copy & paste one of the Frames from the kit that will match your tube.
Resize the Frame 75% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.

Freehand Selection Tool - draw around the Frame like this so you
having the marching ants.



Copy & paste one of the Papers from the scrap kit as a new layer. Selections-Invert.
hit delete. Move the Paper layer below the Frame layer. Selections-None.Give the Frame
this drop shadow



Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if needed so the tube
fits the Frame. Erase any of the Tube outside the bottom ribbon (see mine for example).

Copy & paste one of the Elements 27 - 30 that will match your tube as a new layer. Resize
50% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Place where you think it will look nice. I duplicated mine,
then mirrored & flipped. Give the Flower Elements the same drop shadow as before.
Add any other Elements that you like.

Once you have finished - cross out the eyes on the bottom layer (white), Merge Visible
all other layers. Uncross the eyes on bottom layer. Resize your image 85% Bicubic- all layer
unchecked. Duplicate - on the original image layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 25.
Effects - Texture Effects - Weave with these settings. Chose colours from your tubes for the
Weave Colour & Gap Colour



Make top layer active - Merge Down. Add your name & correct copyright.
Crop Tool - crop to remove excess white background. I resized mine
80% Bicubic- all layers CHECKED. Save as a *Png
