Glamour Girl Tutorial





You will need:

Tube - I used one of Jamie Kidd's cuties.
You need to be a registered member of CILM to
purchase her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scarp kit called' Glamour' from Lacarolita's Designs:

Font I used is called Radagund plus my template 'GlamourGirl'& Chell's Mask38 in
my supplies:
HERE


Open up my GlamourGirl template,Font & mask. Minimize the font & mask.
click Shift D to copy my template. Delete the original template. Make white background
active on the template - go to Image-Canvas Size- 700x700 - centre



Open up 3 papers from scrap kit. Make Lg Circle on my template active-Select All-Float-Defloat,
new raster layer - paste one of the papers Into Selection. Selections-None. Delete original
Lg Circle layer. Give the paper layer this drop shadow



(I colourised the papers to match my tube, that choice is yours to do)

Magic Wand, make Rectangle layer active - click on the out frame of the Rectangle-Selections
Modify-Expenad 2 - new raster layer - copy & paste another of the Papers Into Seelction. Selections-
None. Give drop shadow as before.

Make Rectangle layer active - Magic Wand, click inside the new frame - copy & paste another Paper as
a new layer - I resized this Paper 75% Bicubic-all layers unchecked to get a small pattern. Seelections-
Invert - hit delete.

Make the Heart layer active - Magic Wand, click on the out frame of the Heart - Selections-Modiy-Expand 2.
New raster layer, copy & paste one of your Papers Into Selection. Selections-None. Give drop shadow

Back on original Heart layer, make it active - click inside the new frame - copy & paste one of the Papers
as a new layer. I resized the paper layer 55% Bicubic-all layers unchecked to get a smaller pattern - Selections,
Invert - hit delete. Keep Selected - copy your tube & paste as a new layer. Move your tube so it is sitting within
the Heart - hit delete. Selections-None.

Add another of the Elements you like from the scrap kit as new layers - you may have to resize som of them.

When you have finished adding the elements copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Give drop shadow.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Open up the eyes on bottom layer. Make
your Merged Image active - resize 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Make your bottom layer active (white) copy
& paste a Paper as a new layer. New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings



Merge Group. Add your name & correct copyright.
Cross out the eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Copy your Merged Image & paste as a New
Image on your workspace. It should now have a transparent background. I resize 83% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
Save as a *Png
