Gym Junkie Tutorial

You will need:

A tube - I used one from CEI-Stickers.
You need to be a registered member of MPT to
purchase the tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Refreshing' from MGM InspirationsDesigns

The scrap kit should open up in your PSP from the 4Shared link.

A new white canvas 800x700



Click on one of the Frames in the layers of the scrap kit, copy & paste
as a new layer.
Magic Wand, click inside each of the squares of the frame - Selections-
Modify-Expand 2.



Copy a Paper from the scrap kit layers & paste as a new layer.
Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Move the Paper layer below the
frame layer.
Magic Wand, click inside one of the squares on the Frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 2
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - you may have to resize your tube to fit the
selected sqaure. Selections-Invert, hit delete. Do this with the other 2 squares in
the frame. Remember to move each tube layer below the frame layer. Make Frame layer
active - give this drop shadow




Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Duplicate your Merged
Image. On bottom merged image - Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 30 Right.
Move both layers so the cross over each other. Make top merged image active - Merge Down



Copy & paste one of the Binder Clips from the scrap kit layers - resize 75% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 30 right. Move the Binder Clip over to the side so it looks as though it
is holder both frames. Give drop shadow as above.

You can add of the other elements from the scrap kit you like at this stage.
Copy & paste your tube as anew layer - give drop shadow.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white0 Merge Visible all other layers. Open the eyes on the bottom layer.
Make it active - Select All - new raster layer - copy & paste a Paper from scrap kit layers Into Selection.
Selections-None - New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings



Duplicate your mask layer-Mirror. I colour changed the duplicate mask to a colour from my tube. That choice
is entirely yours.

Add your name & correct copyright. Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers.
Resize 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Crop Tool - crop excess white background. Make your merged image active,
copy & paste as a New Image on your workspace. You image should now have a transparent background. Save as *Png.
