with these settings

Flood fill once more with the white. I know it's large, but we will resize at the end.
Delete the top 4 layers. Now, down to the Flower layer, make it active.
Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert,
hit delete. Selections-None. Delete the original flower layer.

Make bottom layer active - Select All, new raster layer - copy & paste another paper from scrap kit into

Make Circle One layer active-Sect All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste another paper from scrap kit as a new layer,
Selections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Delete original Circle One layer. Give the new paper layer
this drop shadow

Make Circle Two layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer.
Selections-Invert, hit delete.Delete original Circle Two layer - keep selected. Copy & paste you tube as a new
layer - ithat layer should still be inverted, hit delete. Selections-None. Give your tube layer the same drop
shadow as before. I resize my tube 150% Bicubic-all layers unchecked, to fit inside the circle nicely. That
choice is yours to do.

Copy & paste one of the Sloppy Bows from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Move the Sloppy Bow down to almost the bottom of the template - go to Adjust-Sharpen. Give drop shadow.

Copy & paste one of the Flower&Bow from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Adjust-Sharpen More. Duplicate - go to Image-Mirror. Place the Flower&Bow each end of the Sloppy Bow. Give each
Flower&Bow drop shadow.

Copy & paste one of the LilyBundles from scrap kit as anew layer. Adjust-Sharpen - give drop shadow.
Move the LilyBundle below the SloppyBow layer, over to the right of the template.

Copy & paste your tube once more as a new layer. Move tube layer below the SloppyBow layer. Erase any of the tube
protruding below the SloppyBow.
You can add any other element you like. Once finished, cross out the eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible
all other layers. Open the eyes up.

Copy & paste one of the Wordarts from the scrap kit as a new layer. You may need to resiz if you wish. Go to
Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat, new raster layer, colourize what ever colour you like. Once you have done
that, Selections-None. Delete original Wordart layer.

You can give your Wordart a nice bevel & give a supple drop shadow.
Add your name & correct copyright. Cross out eyes on bottom layer once more - Merge Visible all other layers.
Open eyes up - Crop Tool, crop excess white background. I resized mine after cropping, 85% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
