You will need:

Tube - I used one of Caron Vinson's lovely fairies.
You need to be a registered member of CILM to purchase
her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Sensitive' from FantasyMoments Scraps:
Frame you will find in my supplies:
Font I used is called 'Brush Script MT', it came with my PSPX1

Open up Sensitive Frame - make white background layer active - go to
Image-Canvas Size with these settings

Make Raster 1layer (frame) active - Select All-Float-Defloat - new raster layer. Copy
a Paper from scrap kit & paste into selection. Selections-None. Delete
original Frame layer. Have your new Frame layer active - go to Effects,
3D Effects-Inner Bevel with these settings

Magic Wand, click inside the squares - Selections-Modify-Expand 6. New Raster layer,
select 2 colours from your tube for Foreground & background colours in Material Palette,
Gradient with these settings

Move the gradient layer below Frame layer. Selections-None. Back on Frame layer, give
this drop shadow

Copy & paste one of the elements 60-61 or 62 (which ever suits your tube) as a new layer.
Resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Place over the left side of frame like this

move to left side of frame. See mine for example.

Copy & paste one of the elements 68 - 70 as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Adjust-Sharpen. Now, I used my Colour Changer Tool t make that element the same colour as frame,
by clicking on the string parts - that choice is yours.Adjust-Sharpen - give drop shadow.

Copy & paste one of the Ribbon Bow elements from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 55% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Adjust-Sharpen. Give drop shadow. I mirrored mine.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Place tube where it will look nice. Give drop shadow.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Open eyes on bottom layer
Add your name & correct copyright. Merge Down. You should have 2 layers - your merged layer &
white background layer.
Resize your Merged layer 85% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Duplicate & on the original merged layer go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 25. Then go to Effects-
Texture Effects-Texture with these settings. I used the small bricks.

Merge Down - Crop Tool, crop excess white background. Resize - I resized mine 87% Bicubic-all layers
