Party Time Tutorial

You will need:

Tube -Preferably a sitting or standing tube. I used one from Kenny Kiernan.
You need to be a registered member of CILM to purchase his tubes,
but any tube will do.
(Mine is Licenced to AMI before they closed down)
Scrap kit called 'Party Time' from FantasyMoments Scraps
HERE
Font I used is called 'Patterns & Dots'
HERE

New white canvas 700x700



Copy & paste element 46 or 47 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize
60% Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Magic Wand, click inside both frames,
Selections-Modify-Expand 4. Copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer
(I resized my paper 60% but that choice is yours. I also colourised the frames to
suit my tube). Selections-None. Move the paper layer below the frames.
Give the frames this drop shadow



Copy & paste either element 4 or 7 from scrap kit as anew layer. Resize 60%
Bicubic-all layers unchecked. ADJUST-SHARPEN. Move up & acroos to left side of frames.
Duplicate - IMAGE-MIRROR. Move down to align with the right top frame.

Copy & paste element 27-28 or 29 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 45% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. ADJUST-SHARPEN. Move across to top of right frame. Add drop
shadow.

Copy & paste elemnt 64 from scrap kit as anew layer. Resize 60% Bicubic- all layers
unchecked. Move across over the bow. Duplicate - IMAGE-MIRROR - ADJUST-SHARPEN both.
Move duplicated element across to left top frame.

Copy & paste element 9 or 10 from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 50% Bicubic-all
layers unchecked. Place where it will look nice. Add drop shadow.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - resize if needed. Have your tube popping out of
frame - Duplicate your tube - IMAGE-MIRROR.

Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers.Open eyes up. Resize 85% Bicubic-
all layers unchecked. Move across to left a little & up. Paste your tube once more, resizing
it if needed, placing the tube where it will look nice. MERGE DOWN to merged image. Add your name
& correct copyright. Cross out eyes on bottom layer once more - MERGE VISIBLE all other layers.
Open eyes up - resize 76% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Click on top blue bar - COPY & PASTE as a NEW LAYER
on your work space. Save as a *Png

Blasted Grid Tutorial

Sorry if the links no longer work With scrapkits, if the link or site is missing, choose a similar scrapkit I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done with any version of PSP.
