Open up the Ocean Solace Cluster - resize 18% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED. Copy &
paste onto your white canvas.

Make bottom layer active (white), copy & paste a paper from scrap kit as a new layer.
I used Paper 17 but you can use which ever one you like.

Have top layer active. Copy & paste Embellishment 33 from scrap kit as a new layer.
Duplicate- move slightly to the right - Image-Mirror - Merge Down. Move this merged layer
below the cluster layer. Adjust-Sharpen.
Copy & paste any other of the Embellishments you like from scrap kit as new layers.

Add your name & correct copyright. Cross out eyes on bottom layer - MERGE VISIBLE all other layers.
