Go to Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with these settings You can now delete original 'Frame' Magic Wand, click in side your coloured frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 5 Copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, hit delete on your keyboard.
