Sweet Nothings-2 Tutorial



You will need:

My supplies

Tube - I used one of Christelle Huynh lovely tubes.
You need to be a registered member of MyTagArt

to purchase Christelle's tube, but any
tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'Sweet Nothings' from BlueDreams Designs
HERE
Font I used is called 'Scripticali'

Plugin Filters - Eyecandy4000-Gradient Glow


New white canvas 700x700



Copy & paste my 'Frame' from supplies as a new layer. Selections-Select All-
Float-Defloat. Create a nice gradient with colours from your tube with these settings



New Raster layer - Flood Fill with your gradients
Selections-None. Go to Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel with these settings



You can now delete original 'Frame'
Magic Wand, click in side your coloured frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 5
Copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, hit
delete on your keyboard. Select-None.

Make your coloured frame layer active - Effects-Plugins-Eyecandy4000-GradientGlow
with these settings




Copy & paste FlowerDoodle from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 70% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
Then go to Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 30 right. Move the FlowerDoodle over to the right of your frame.
Adjust-Sharpen - Duplicate - Image-Mirror.

Copy & paste Flower1 from scrap kit as a new layer - move over to bottom right of your frame. Duplicate-
Image-Mirror. Give each Flower1 this drop shadow.



Copy & paste Flower2 from scrap kit as a new layer - move it to the inside of the left flower1,
Duplicate-Image-Mirror - give same drop shadow to each of the Flower2 layers.

Make top Flower2 layer active - MERGE DOWN - Duplicate - Image-Flip.
Your image should look something similar to this



Now it is time to add your tube. I erased some of the bottom of my tube so it blends in with
the flowers - that choice is yours.

Make the paper layer active - duplicate & on the bottom paper layer go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 35.
Then go to Effects-Texture Effects-Tiles with these settings



When you have done that - cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) MERGE VISIBLE all other layers.
Uncross eyes - add your name & correct copyright.Crop Tool - crop excess white background. Cross out eyes
once more on bottom layer - click Copy Merged then paste as a New Image on your workspace. Your merged image
should now have a transparent background. Resize if needed. Save as a *Png
