You will need:

A tube - I used one of Caron Vinson fairy tubes.
You need to be a registered member of CDO
HERE
to purchase her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrap kit called 'My Garden' from DesignsByAli

Scroll almost half way down the page to find the link to her
download.
Mask #8 from MigginsDoesScrapsville
HERE
Font I used is called 'Blessings Through Raindrops'
HERE

...................................................................

New white canvas 700x700

Open up & minimise mask #8.
Copy & paste a paper from the scrap kit as a new layer.
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings

Copy & paste one of the Clouds from scrap kit as a new layer. Move up slightly.
Copy & paste Wooden Wheel Frame from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 85% BICUBIC,
all layers unchecked.
Magic Wand, click inside the Wooden Wheel Frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 8.
Copy & paste your paper from scrap kit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, hit delete.
Move the paper layer below the wheel frame layer.. Make wheel frame layer active, give this
drop shadow

Copy & paste one of the Garden Fence from scrap kit as a new layer. Resize 65% BICUBIC,
all layers unchecked. Duplicate - Image-Mirror. Place the fences like mine.Add drop shadow

Copy & paste one of the Butterfly Doodles from scrap kit as a new layer. I used Doodle #6.
Resize 80% BICUBIC-all layers unchecked. Move across to the right of the wheel frame.

Copy & paste another Butterfly Doodle from scrap kit as a new layer. This time I used doodle #11
Image-Mirror. Move across to the left of the wheel frame & move under the first Doodle layer.

Now, copy & paste yet another Butterfly Doodle & paste as a new layer. I used doodle #1
Resize 70% BICUBIC-all layers unchecked. Move this doodle layer down below the fence layers & up a bit.
Adjust-Sharpen.

Make top layer active. Copy & paste your tube as a new layer. Place your tube where it will look nice.
Add drop shadow.

Add your name & correct copyright. When you have done that, cross out the eyes on the bottom layer (white)
MERGE VISIBLE all other layers. Uncross the eyes on bottom layer - Crop Tool, crop excess white background,
being careful not to crop any of the mask layer. Resize about 83% BICUBIC-all layers CHECKED. Cross out the eyes
again on bottom white layer.
Make your merge layer active - COPY & paste as a NEW IMAGE on your work space. Your merged image should
now have a transparent back ground. Save as a *Png
