Blue Ocean Tutorial
I created this tutorial in PSPX1 but it can be done
with any version of PSP.
The scrap kit has some very large elements in it
so there will be a fair bit of resizing to do.
No outside Plugin Filters used
You will need:
A mermaid tube - I used one of Karen Middleton's lovely tubes
You will need to be a registered member of CreativeDesignsOutlet (CDO)
with any version of PSP.
