I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done
with any version of PSP.  Not much to in
this tutorial but your imagination

You will need:
A tube (preferably a sitting tube) - I used one of Misticheskaya tubes.
You need to be a registered member of PicsForDesigns
to purchase her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrapkit from Scrap 'Angie' - Passionement
Wordart #4 from EM Designs
Mask #112 from Gems Taggin Scraps
Font I used is called 'Skaterdudes' from Simply The Best Fonts
Plugin Filter:
Eyecandy 4000-Gradient Glow

Open up the tube you will be using, as well as the mask & wordart, minimise the mask
New white canvas 700x700

Copy & paste a paper from scrapkit as a new layer - New Mask Layer-From Image with
these settings

Merge Group.
Copy & paste dnf_floral-frame from scrapkit as a new layer
Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance the frame.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - placing the tube to one side of the frame,
like mine. Make Frame layer active - Select All-Float-Defloat - make tube layer active,
Eraser Tool, erase parts of the tube around bottom of the frame so it looks like
the tube is sitting inside the frame

Selections-None when you have finished.

Copy & paste dnf_dangler from scrapkit as a new layer, placing it to the opposite side of the frame
to your tube. Colourize it to suit your tube. Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance
Copy & paste dnf_papillon from scrapkit as a new layer - colourize this as well to suit your tube.
Move the butterfly across ontop of the dangler bow - Image-Free Rotate=Rotate 15 right. Effects-
Edge Effects-Enhance.

Select which saying from the wordart sheet you want to use. Copy & paste as a new layer
on your tag image - I resized mine up by 130% Bicubic-all layers unchecked, but that is
up to you.
Place the wordart where you like - Effects-Plugins-Eyecandy 4000-GradientGlow with any setting
you like.

Add your name & correct copyright. When you have done that, cross out eyes on bottom layer
(white) Merge Visible all other layers. Click COPY & paste as a New Image on your workspace.
Your merged image should now have a transparent background. Resize to your liking.
I resized mine 87% Bicubic-all layers CHECKED.
Save as a *Png image
