Wistful Tutorial

I created this tut in PSPX1 (11) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. This is an easy tutorial
with not much to do, just take your time.

You will need:

A tube - I used one of Misticheskaya's tubes.
You need to be a registered member of PicsForDesign
to purchase her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrapkit from Fantasy Dreams Designs - 'Nothing'
Font - from SimplyTheBest Fonts - 'West Side'

Open up the tube you are going to use.
New white canvas 800x800

Copy & paste element 30 from scrapkit as a new layer. Resize 85% Bicubic-all layers
unchecked.
Colourize to suit your tube.

Magic Wand, click inside the frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 5.
Copy & paste a paper from scrapkit as a new layer - Selections-Invert, hit delete.
Keep selected - move the paper layer below the frame layer.
Copy & past your tube as a new layer - position within the frame. Hit delete when happy with
positioning of tube. Selections-None.
Colourize the paper to suit your tube.

Have your tube layer active - go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds with these settings.
(chose a light colour from your tube) 

Add this drop shadow to your tube

Have top layer active. Copy & paste element 57 from scrapkit as a new layer. Colourize
to suit your tube. Move across to side of frame. Image-Free Rotate-Roatate 45 Left - Mirror.

Copy & paste element 13 from scrapkit as a new layer - colourize to suit your tube. Move across to side of frame.
Duplicate-Image-Mirror, move below original element 13 layer & across (see mine for example)

Copy & paste element 18 from scrapkit as a new layer. Colourize to suit your tube. Move across & up to
corner of frame.
Copy & paste one of the ribbon elements as anew layer - colourize to suit. Move across uptop of the heart
dangler.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - positioning the tube where it will look nice. Add drop shadow
to tube.

Add your name & correct copyright.
Cross out eyes on bottom layer (white) Merge Visible all other layers. Copy & paste as a New Image on
your workspace. Resize to your liking. I resized mine 76% Bicubic-all layers checked. Save as a *Png

Blasted Grid Tutorial
