Colours of Mine Tutorial

I created this tut in PSPX4 (14) but it can be done
with any version of PSP. Not much to in
this tutorial but your imagination
You will need:
A tube, preferably a sittin one - I used one of ©Misticheskaya's tubes.

You need to be a registered member of Pics For Design
to purchase her tubes, but any tube will do.
Scrapkit is called 'Colors Of Mine' from Butterfly Kisses Scraps
Scrapkit is called 'Colors Of Mine' from Butterfly Kisses Scraps
Mask #112 from DesignsByVabs
Font I used is called 'Beware' from Simply the Best Fonts
Open your tube & the mask. Minimise the mask
New white canvas 800x800 (we will resize at the end)
Copy & paste a paper from scrapkit as a new layer.
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
New Mask Layer-From Image with these settings
Merge Group - resize 90% Bicubis-all layers unchecked.
Copy & paste FRame 3 from scrapkit as a new layer. Resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
You can colourize the frame to suit your tube.
Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 45 left or right, doesn't matter.
Magic Wand, click inside the frame - Selections-Modify-Expand 5,
Copy & paste your paper as a new layer - SElections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None.
Move the paper down below the frame layer.
Make the frame layer active, click inside the frame once again with you Magic Wand.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - positioning the tube so it looks as though it is sitting
inside the frame - Selections-Invert, Eraser Tool, erase any of the tube protruding below the frame
Copy & paste FRame 3 from scrapkit as a new layer. Resize 80% Bicubic-all layers unchecked.
You can colourize the frame to suit your tube.
Image-Free Rotate-Rotate 45 left or right, doesn't matter.

Copy & paste your paper as a new layer - SElections-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None.
Move the paper down below the frame layer.
Make the frame layer active, click inside the frame once again with you Magic Wand.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - positioning the tube so it looks as though it is sitting
inside the frame - Selections-Invert, Eraser Tool, erase any of the tube protruding below the frame
When you have done that, Selections-None.
Copy & paste one of the Charm Bows from scrakit as a new layer. Position the Charm Bow up
on top corner of the frame. Move down under you tube layer.
Have top layer active. Copy & paste the 'Flowers' from scrapkit as a new layer. Resize 65%
Bicubic-all layers unchecked. Move acros to sidecorner of the frame. Move under Tube layer.
Duplicate-Image-Mirror. Duplicare once more-Image-Flip, move down to bottom corner of the frame.
Then move that Duplicated flowers up above your Tube layer, duplicate once more-Image-Mirror-Merge Down.
Have them positioned similar to mine.
At this stage you can add any other of the elements from the scrapkit you like. I added the RibbonHeart-1
& placed it behind the flowers.
We have almost finished. Add your name & correct copyright.
When you have done that, cross out the eyes on the bottom layer (white), Merge Visible all other layers.
Click COPY & Paste as a New Image on your workspace. Your mergedimage should now have a
transparent background. Resize to your liking. I resized mine 76% Bicubic-all layters CHECKED.
Save as a *Png Image
